Not surprisingly, Christmas generally results in a huge growth spurt for my little library. This year, Ben and I each got 11 books as Christmas gifts. My new additions are:
The next post will be the reading accessories I received as gifts (very excited for this post).

Wow! Great gifts. I’d love to read Eating Animals – I liked Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close a lot.
I’m looking forward to Eating Animals as I struggle with the ideas of different degrees of vegetarianism as well.
Wow! The books are all wonderful! It was interesting to see the very short introduction to Science and Religion
The fur edition of Dave Eggers’ book looks interesting! Nice to see Tolstoy’s ‘Anna Karenina’ too. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts about it when you get to read it. It was also wonderful to see Wodehouse’s ‘Right Ho, Jeeves’
It is one of my favourite Jeeves books
Yes – after reading your review of the Dixon book, I added it to my wishlist. I’ve actually read Anna Karenina, but it was before I started blogging so I don’t have a review. I just wanted a new translation since my copy was pretty old.
I’m listening to Right Ho, Jeeves already and absolutely loving it.
What a great pile of new books! The Fur covered edition looks really great and the new book by Jeanette Walls. Can´t imagine topping The Glass Castle. Happy reading
I love the fur-covered edition.
Looks like you got some great books! I love the fur-covered edition as well. It looks so fun! The cover of Anna Karenina really stood out to me as well. Hope you enjoy them all!
